The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and consultation on public health initiatives and programs, working with behavioral health driven data, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and implementing strategies to enhance public health outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of public health principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of effective health programs.This person will act as a lead expert in communicating methods, outcomes, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding. Revise and enhance operational processes to adapt to new elements, incorporating quality control and timeliness procedures related to changes. Analyze information, develop reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve issues within operational processes. Engage in exploration and analysis activities to extract meaningful insights relevant to the behavioral health based project being supported. Conduct routine ad hoc reporting and prepare comprehensive write-ups in response to queries, ensuring information is accessible and understandable.The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

8+ yrs experience working in a federal health environment in a strategy focused role

8+ yrs experience working in data driven environments in federal health

8+ yrs experience working in mental health projects and programs within a federal behavioral health environment.

Ability to articulate complex information in a comprehensible manner for diverse audiences

Demonstrate outstanding written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions

Strong proficiency in leveraging technology and tools for efficient work

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level or productivity and meeting deadlines

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
